Our designers take extra care in identifying and translating your style preferences and needs through the process of efficient space planning, budget friendly finish selections, and creative conceptual designs. Once we are retained we collaborate closely with our architect or yours to create a custom home that fits within all of your desired function, design, and cost parameters.
TAAK Construction is like having a friend in the industry. We handle all aspects of construction, from retaining and coordinating subcontractors and materials to serving as the point of contact for the clients, lenders, architects, designers, vendors and building inspectors.
Construction is overseen by our project manager, who will be on site regularly ensuring all work is done to specifications, using the highest quality building materials and techniques. We closely work with our clients and industry partners to monitor and manage all aspects of your new home build, ensuring that specifications, schedules, and budgets are met.
